Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	An assessment was made of five areas where it was proposed to construct sewage outfalls. The development sites were shown to contain a total of 12 sites listed on the SMR. A further 7 lay in the immediate vicinity of the development areas. It was decided that the proposed development would have a direct impact on archaeological remains. Mitigation strategies were proposed. [AIP]
