Abstract:
A watching brief was maintained during the construction of a grain silo and cattle building on the site. During the project a number of archaeological features were revealed, including a post-medieval ditch, and, more significantly, fragments of late Neolithic grooved ware pottery, which were rare finds in that part of Hampshire.
