Abstract: |
A desk based study, brief fieldwork and geophysical survey established that the route of the Carland Cross to Trispen A39 road development passed through an area containing medieval settlements and traces of earlier prehistoric remains, which included a Round and ritual structures. Later features, such as ploughed out field boundaries, were also located by geophysical survey. [Au] |
