Abstract: |
Outline only assessment; should the development proceed - further investigations would be necessary.\nThere were no SAM's within the area affected by the development but the remains of the King's Brewhouse should be scheduled as it fulfills the recommended crtieria; the quays and buildings at Southdown are Listed Buildings (Grade II) and should not be altered or removed without consent.\nThe recommendations in the report were for a reappraisal of the plans in order to take into account the historical nature of the site.\n\n |
