Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the cutting of a cable trench on the site. The site lay close to a middle Saxon settlement (Suffolk SMR BRD 018). Two small ditches were seen in the trench which showed that hidden features did survive. The ditches rremained undated but their presence demonstrated that there had been some earlier activity on the site. [AIP] |
