The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of the proposed construction of new shop premises on the site with residential accommodation above. The fieldwork revealed evidence of a post-medieval soakaway or cesspit and associated culvert. The feature was not dated, though the fill of the brick-lined soakaway or cesspit contained 19th century pottery sherds. No medieval archaeological features or finds were recorded. [Au(adp)]
