Abstract: |
Five trenches were excavated to evaluate of land located between the M1 motorway and the Kirby-Ratby Lane section of the A46 Leicester Western Bypass. Two concentrations of archaeological features were identified, both of which included structural features abd a sufficient quantity of Iron Age pottery was present to suggest occupation during that period.
