Abstract: |
Four boreholes were dug and observed. As the works lay partially over the berm and ditch associated with Hadrian's Wall, a watching brief was required on the boreholes which were located over the projected line of the ditch. The findings from borehole 4 confirmed that the Wall ditch lay on the projected line. [Au(adp)] |
