Abstract: |
Monitoring of the ground works found a series of deposits and layers connected with the medieval use of the site as a farm. The earliest feature was a 17th century chalk surface possibly used as a yard, followed by a series of dump deposits. Two brick structures were observed, which were possibly parts of out-buildings.
