Abstract:		 Assessment in advance of residential development found no evidence of archaeology within the site itself, but a Roman cemetery lay only 150 metres to the north. Cartographic evidence revealed that only around 0.1 ha. of the development site had not been previously developed and hence disturbed. [AIP]
