Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken on excavation of two trenches, carried out to determine the extent and conditions of the foundations of the property. The excavations were positioned within the Roman legionary fortress and over the Roman road Via Praetoria. No archaeological reamins were found in either trench. [Au(abr)] |
