Abstract:
Salvage recording was undertaken as part of a planning condition on land within the curtilage of Hill Court House, an area of archaeological interest. The broad aim of the exercise was to identify any positive or negative evidence for earlier occupation on the site of the proposed development, as well as to reveal any information as to the nature and extent of post medieval occupation.
