Abstract: |
The work comprised the machine excavation of six trenches. Largely negative results were revealed in most trenches, but two probable ditches were recorded to the rear of the existing houses. One of these ditches was likely to be modern, while the other contained gun flints suggesting that its date was no earlier than the first part of the 17th century. [Au(abr)] |
