Abstract: |
An evaluation in advance of development of the site revealed the stone walls of an agricultural building demolished between 1886 and 1900. Fragments of a yard or floor of an unknown date were also revealed, as well as two pit features that may have represented quarry pits associated with the construction of buildings in the medieval period.
