Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out in response to proposals to use the site for topsoil storage from the adjacent quarry. A ditch, representing either a palaeochannel or field boundary was revealed. Investigation of cropmarks of a large 'D'-shaped enclosure, previously identified from aerial photographs, failed to identify any features on the ground. [AIP] |
