Abstract: |
The archaeological work revealed evidence for prehistoric settlement consisting of a number of post holes forming part of a round house. Roman settlement activity was also suggested by the presence of a number of finds including tile. Two linear features interpreted as medieval boundaries were recorded, as well as a large irregular feature thought to represent a fishpond. [Au(adp)] |
