Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during ground works associated with a water main renewal project. As the work was undertaken in a large geographic area, it disturbed numerous archaeological finds, including medieval and post-medieval walls, undated human remains (both disarticulated and in grave cuts), and cellars.
