Abstract: |
During the course of the watching brief a cobbled surface was encountered and remained in-situ. The bricks of some of the demolished farm buildings were seen in the sides of the drainage and trial trenches. A large cess pit was also encountered made of what were almost ceratinly 19th century bricks. There were no other archaeological features or deposits encountered.[Au(abr)] |
