Abstract: |
The assessment of the proposed development on the site concluded that there were several phases of archaeology possible on the site. A series of medieval earthworks were present on the site, two building platforms and ridge and furrow. Further medieval remains may have been present along the street frontage, A Neolithic stone axe and a Roman coin were found in the garden and a Second World War shelter was also present on the site.
