Abstract:
Proposals for the development of the site were thought to endanger important archaeological remains, particularly Insula III of the Roman town of Corinium. The site lay in the Scheduled Ancient Monument designation for Corinium Roman Town. Evaluation results confirmed that nationally important remains were located within the site. Mitigation was called for. [Au(adp)]
