Abstract: |
The watching brief was held to record the details of a previously unknown tunnel that had been revealed by a collapse of its roof. A length of tunnel roughly 30 metres long was revealed running in a NNE to SSW direction, at a depth varying between 1.0m to 2.0m below the current ground surface. No evidence for the function of the tunnel was observed.[Au(abr)] |
