Abstract: |
<summary>Following an evaluation in April 1992, an excavation was undertaken in July and August 1992. This was necessitated by a proposal for a new housing development. The excavation has confirmed the survival of deposits relating to medieval and post-medieval activity on the Bridge Hall site. These undoubtedly extend beyond the area of the excavated trench. Therefore, a watching brief is recommended on groundworks in the vicinity of the hall. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
