Abstract: |
A total of 69 known archaeological monuments were located within the study area, eight of which lay within the sites to be developed. These mainly consisted of Scheduled Bronze Age barrows and ring ditches, as well as features associated with a settled Iron Age landscape. There was a high potential for Roman remains to be recovered within the development area, but less for later periods. [Au(adp)] |
