Abstract:		 The desk based assessment for the proposed factory development for this site confirmed that it is close to significant archaeological sites and is therefore an area of some archaeological potential. Further field trials were recommended in order to assess the scope of this potential. Nearby sites include a Deserted Medieval Village, an Anglo-Saxon settlement, a prehistoric / Iron Age settlement, and a possible Roman road.[Au(AIP)]
