Abstract:
The Godolphin Estate was located to the east of Mount's Bay. The assessment carried out on the Godolphin Estate took place in a number of discrete locations; Godolphin Wood, Little Warren, Carsluick Round, Great Work Mine, field systems on the slopes of Godolphin Hill and surrounding fields, The Deer Park, Fatting Close and selected boundaries in the fields to the south and east of Godolphin House. The re-assessment improved knowledge of activities from the prehistoric period through to the post-medieval period. [Au(abr)]
