Abstract:
The assessment was undertaken prior to the groundworks on the site of a proposed business park. The assessment noted that numerous prehistoric burial mounds and ring ditches lay close to the site, along with late Iron Age/Roman farmsteads. The medieval period was represented by a manor while a quarry represented the post-medieval period. [AIP]
