Abstract: |
Evaluation trenches were excavated to the east and west of a Grade II Listed Airship Hanger. A discrete scatter of prehistoric artefacts were identified, along with a number of possible prehistoric ditches. A ditch that possibly belonged to a post-medieval enclosure and a number of Second World War features including a road and Nissen Huts were also identified. [Au(abr)] |
