Abstract: |
Gradiometer and resistance surveys were carried out. A number of resistance anomalies were identified, some related to extant earthwork features and some to marks visible on aerial photographs. A possible wall remnant was noted. The gradiometer survey indicated some linear anomalies, a possible area of burning, some pits and isolated metal fragments together with building scatters. No dates or purposes could be assigned to any of the features. [Au(abr)] |
