Abstract: |
<summary>An excavation was undertaken prior to the cutting of a sewer trench through the hillslope enclosure at North Hill, Cleave. The excavations did not produce any finds or other dating evidence; however, it was thought that a bulk soil sample might contain enough charcoal for radiocarbon-dating purposes. Although the site had been surveyed, previously unknown buried features were recorded. The site would appear to have been subject to severe degradation by ploughing. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
