Abstract: |
During the archaeological evaluation involving the machine excavation of seven trenches, archaeological features were recorded in five of the trenches. The features that were observed included five ditches, a narrow gully, five pits and a possible flint post-pad. Medieval iron forging slag and pottery were found to be concentrated in around three midden pits.[Au(abr)] |
