Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was carried out in advance of the proposed residential development. Trench 1 was devoid of archaeological features but Trench 2 revealed a number of features which on further investigation were dated to the 20th century. A later monitoring of a strip of land next to Trench 2, revealed a quantity of residual Bronze Age lithic material. [Au(abr)]
