Abstract:
Archaeological monitoring was undertaken on the excavation of nine foundation bases. Generally all of the pits had a similar stratigraphy containing fragments of brick and mortar over a variable depth of dark brown sandy loam soil which contained numerous fragments of brick, tile and chalk. Four walls bordering the yard were also revealed. [Au(adp)]
