Abstract:		 An earthwork survey recorded ridge and furrow, possibly building platforms and a holloway, aligned north-south. It had survived on most of the site except where masked by possible upcast from the culvert and the springs, where cultivation would not be possible. The southern half of the field north of Eastburn House did not show any upstanding earthworks, but the geophysical survey in this area showed signs of subsurface survival. No earthworks or remains associated with the possible 'Tithe' barn were found, but a possible platform with a slight drop in ground level towards the springs was noted. The earthworks south of the farm could be interpreted as either a scheme of water management, possibly related to a mill or a holloway running down through the modern farm to the Tithe Barn. The latter option was the most likely. To the west of the possible holloway a low mound was noted, interpreted as a possible house platform. [Au(adp)]
