Abstract:		 Groundworks within the infrastructure development area were monitored. The groundworks formed stage 2 of the planned infrastructure route and constituted partial redevelopment of Hatfield Business Park. Two linear features were recorded during the investigation and interpreted as field boundary ditches. Both were observed during the previous archaeological evaluation carried out in 1999. Feature [55] matched the delineation marked on the OS map of 1899 and represented part of a network of field boundaries. No further archaeological remains were recorded. [Au(abr)]
