Abstract:		 The watching brief was carried out during groundworks for two new rear extensions onto the back of the Grade II Listed Building. During the work, no archaeological deposits were identified predating the construction of the present building. The exposure of fragments of dwarf stone walling beneath portions of the buildings rear wall were observed and recorded. [Au(adp)]
