Abstract: |
In total a 65m length of drain trench was machine excavated. Though large numbers of headstones stood in the churchyard, some very recent, the deepest section of the trench ran roughly 0.45, westwards of a line of late 17th/early 18th century headstones. The remains of three articulated skeletons were exposed. [Au(adp)] |
