Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	The watching brief undertaken in December 2005 and January 2006 was successful in that the extent of the round, as identified by the NMP and geophysical survey, was confirmed. In addition, the presence of an outer ditch in the south-eastern corner of the round that had not been previously identified was discovered and cut feature that may have been part of a roundhouse to the north of the round was encountered.
