Abstract:
<summary>A desk-top study was undertaken on an area of proposed development. This revealed the presence of probable archaeological remains on land immediately to the east of the development area. These remains appeared to be the remnants of a ditch and round barrow. The presence of these, together with ill-defined anomalies within the development area, suggested that the potential for the survival of archaeological remains was high. {italon}AIP{italoff}
