Abstract: |
Nine evaluation trenches were excavated. A large ditch dating to the Middle Bronze Age was identified, from which pottery of the Deverel-Rimbury tradition was recovered. This represented a continuation of the feature identified during the Stage I evaluation. No features relating to the ditch or period were identified, and other than a modern linear feature, no additional archaeological features were revealed. [Au(abr)] |
