Abstract: |
Despite the presence of a small quantity of Early-Middle Saxon pottery in the subsoil, no archaeological features were present in the pipe trench. If archaeological features were present elsewhere along the corridor in the first field investigated then the depth of overburden will have protected them from the pipe-laying operation. [Au] |
