Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during ground reduction associated with the construction of a 2 storey property. The site was adjacent to the location of medieval settlement remains discovered during excavations undertaken in 1994. A pond, boundary and enclosure ditches and a few pits were previously recorded and would seem to peripheral to the settlement immediately to the west. A previously unknown late medieval pottery type (E08) was identified as a result of this excavation. [Au(adp)]
