Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was carried out at land at West End Terrace, Willington, prior to development. No Roman road was found and the earthworks to the north-east were not related to this. The true line of the road lay to the east. It was probable that any archaeological remains would have been destroyed by the exchange building. [Au(adp)] |
