Abstract: |
An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken in advance of a proposed residential development. Overall, the site was found to have had a high potential for archaeological remains. Potential for encountering different periods of archaeology included the following: high potential for the Iron Age and early medieval periods, medium potential for Roman and medieval periods and low potential for the post-medieval period.
