Abstract:		 The evaluation was carried out on semi-derelict netball and tennis courts in advance of a proposed housing development. The evaluation consisted of three machine excavated trenches which revealed shallow post holes and a truncated pit of medieval date. All three trenches contained evidence for medieval activity on the site in the form of medieval pottery sherds.[Au(abr)]
