Abstract: |
Excavations and a watching brief were conducted along the route of the Lower Horton flood relief channel, Horton. A number of features of Late Iron Age, early Roman and late Roman date were observed at several locations along the route. These mainly comprised ditched field boundaries and pits but also included a possible pit alignment. [Au] |
