Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation at Mandalay House, in part of an area proposed for a foodstore, petrol filling station, car park and ancillary service areas located within the northern extra-mural suburbs of the Roman town of Lactodurum, showed that surviving remains appeared to be neither widespread nor well preserved, and had been much damaged in the immediate vicinity by services and mature trees.
