Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief was kept on works associated with the Flood Defences scheme. The introduction of a large volume of clay onto the site required little archaeological input. New walls cut through largely made ground, however a short length of wall behind No 27 High Street revealed undisturbed natural gravel where this was not cut by a large culvert and Victorian pits. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
