Abstract: |
There was thought to be evidence for the potential of previously unrecorded medieval or earlier remains in the vicinity. Norman activity has been recorded in the northern area of the site and occupation may have continued up to the construction of the manor house in the 17th century. Earlier occupation was regarded to be focussed away from the site. [Au(adp)] |
