Abstract: |
The watching brief revealed that no archaeological features were disturbed by groundworks for a new house. Some 315 artefacts were recovered., including 178 sherds of pottery, ranging from medieval to twentieth century in date. Other finds included ceramic building material, clay tobacco pipe, daub, glass, industrial basis, iron, possible mortar, bone and shell. [Au(adp)] |
