Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	A programme of archaeological works was undertaken as part of the contract for Archaeological Services in Relation to the Protection of Wrecks Act (1973). The site was located and recorded, including the possible section of a gun carriage which was recorded then reburied. The two main threats to the continued stability of the wreck were diving and erosion. [AIP]
